I have been into fitness for a decade now and have been a personal trainer for over 3 years. I am nationally certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist and have worked with hundreds of clients, from losing weight and gaining muscle, to injury recovery and strength building. I have become one of the most versatile trainers out there. My passion is helping people reach their health and fitness goals while also building confidence. My goal is to improve people’s lives through fitness, discipline, and healthy, structured eating habits.
